Understanding Credits Consumption in Noca AI

Every Noca AI license includes a task credit quota, which reflects the processing power your flows consume.
Tracking these credits helps you stay informed about your license usage, workflow efficiency, and resource allocation.

In Noca AI:

  • Each Application node (task) in your flow consumes 1 credit
  • Each AI nodes (tasks that leverage AI) consume a different number of credits

Watch & Learn

Monitoring credit usage is essential at two levels:

A high-level view to track your total consumption relative to your license quota

A detailed view to analyze credits used per flow and task

High-Level & Detailed View in Analytics

The Analytics section provides an overview of your credit consumption, including both high-level counters and detailed flow/task breakdowns.

Navigate to:
Left Drawer Menu > Analytics

High Level – Credit Counter:

  • Located on the right side of the Analytics screen
  • Displays the total credits used versus your license quota
  • Helps you easily monitor how close you are to reaching your limit

Detailed View – Credit Consumption Chart (Daily Breakdown):

Bar Chart View

Shows the total credits consumed per day (in purple).
This chart view can easily be changed into a table view of the same data.

Hover Details

Hovering over any bar reveals the date and exact credits used

Clickable Bars

Clicking a bar opens a detailed pop-up, listing:

  • Credits used per flow
  • Credits used per task (node) within that flowThis provides a comprehensive view of your daily credit usage relative to your license quota – helping you stay on top of consumption trends.

Detailed View in Integration Logs

For granular insights at the job and task level, visit:
Left Drawer Menu > Logs & Monitoring > Integration Logs

  • Use the search and filters to focus on specific flows, statuses, or timeframes
  • Click the Trace link in any log row to open the task-level breakdown (node processes within the flow)

Task-Level Trace Details:

This level of detail allows you to see exactly where credits are being consumed across your flows and optimize automation efficiency.
