Send Email on Error
Location: Under the “General” tab in the Settings modal (Flow Builder > Header Strip > Settings icon).
Function: This setting enables automatic email alerts when an error occurs.
Default State: ON by default, meaning an email is sent for every detected error.
When to Turn OFF: If you do not want to get any error alerts.
Addition Configurations: When enabled, two additional fields appear:
Email (Input)
For Specifying the recipient of the alert.
Subject (Input)
For Defining the subject line for the email.
Digest Email on Error (Toggle)
This is a sub-setting that appears only when Send Email on Error is enabled.
It summarizes multiple error notifications into a single digest email and it is turned OFF by default.
When turned ON an additional configuration appears:
- Summary Frequency: Choose between daily or weekly summary emails.
