Watch & Learn
Location: Under the “General” tab in the Settings modal (Flow Builder > Header Strip > Settings icon).
Function: This toggle refers to pausing the flow itself (and not a specific job of this flow) It controls whether the flow should pause when an error is detected.
Default State: OFF – so the flow continues to work even when errors occur.
When to Turn ON: Turn it ON to have the flow pause upon encountering an error. If you’d rather pause the flow when an error occurs, and run it again once it’s fixed this would be a good solution.
Addition Configurations: When this setting is enabled, a few additional configuration options become available:
A numeric input and a dropdown
Used to set the duration of the pause (in minutes, hours, or days). This will be set by default to 1 Hour.
A toggle for “Allow future run on missed events”
This property is turned ON by default, this ensures that even while the process is paused, it can resume and catch up once the error is resolved—so no events or updates are lost.
Show Paused Events Button
This will open the “processing / Paused jobs” tab in the logs, where you will be able to see the paused jobs, select them and run again.
Note: Pausing the flow is only possible when the flow is live. If the flow is not live, Noca will notify you and prompt you to go live before applying this setting.
