Allow this Flow to Run

Location: Under the “General” tab in the Settings modal (Flow Builder > Header Strip > Settings icon).

Function: Determines whether the flow will always run or only when it is used as a component (embedded in other flows).

Default State: “Always” is selected, meaning this flow will run whether used independently or embedded in another flow.

When to change to “As a flow component”: If you do not intend on running the flow as is, only as a part of another flow..
