Using Export Access to Receive Flows Securely
In Noca AI, Export Access allows you to securely receive flows from users outside your account — without giving them direct access to your environment.
This feature is especially useful when working with external consultants, partners, or vendors who need to transfer flows into your system, but shouldn’t have full account permissions.

What Is an Environment Access Key?
An environment access key is a unique identifier that represents your current environment.
It enables a trusted external user to export flows directly to your environment, while respecting your permission boundaries.
Think of it like a “secure invite code” for flow transfers — no login credentials or shared user access required.
Where to Find Your Export Access Key
Navigate to:
Left Drawer Menu > Security & Credentials > Export Access
Screen Structure
This screen includes:
- A breadcrumb for navigation
- A single input field in the main section containing your current environment access key
Available Actions:
- Copy Icon – Click to copy the key to your clipboard for easy sharing
- Regenerate – Generates a new access key (invalidating the previous one)
⚠️ If you regenerate your key, anyone with the previous key will no longer be able to export flows to your environment. Use this when rotating keys for security purposes.
