Where to Start

1

Open the left drawer menu

2

Navigate to Flows > Connections

3

Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page

This opens a multi-step wizard to guide you through setting up your Monday.com connection.

Step by Step

1

Choose the App

  • In the app selection screen, locate Monday.com in the list of available services.
  • You may find it under the Recommended tab, but if not you can use the search box to look for it, or switch to the All tab to browse all existing services.

Click on the Monday.com tile to continue.

If you already have Monday.com connections, Noca will display them. You can:

  • View or edit existing connections
  • Or click “Create New” to start fresh

2

Connection Details

You’ll now need to:

  1. Enter a Connection Name
  2. (Optional) Add a Description to help identify this connection later
  3. Below these fields, you’ll see a link to install the Noca AI app on your Monday.com workspace
    • Click the link to open Monday.com and install the integration
  4. Once installed, return to the Noca wizard and click “Authenticate”.
3

Authorize Access for Monday.com

A Monday.com screen will open automatically.

It will identify you automatically (if you are logged in) and require you to give NOCA AI the permission to access your workspace.

Once you grant permissions, you’ll return to Noca to finish the setup

4

Test and Save

At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find three options:

  • Test Now– (Recommended) Run a quick test to ensure the connection is valid and responsive.
  • Cancel – Exit the wizard without saving.
  • Save – Finalize the setup.

After saving, the new Monday.com connection will appear in your main Connections table, ready to be used in your flows.
