
My Flows Page Overview
Your personal control center for viewing, and managing your automations.
At the core of Noca AI is the ability to create complex business processes using natural language, AI Agents, and zero code – giving you the power to sync systems and apps faster than ever before.
This screen is where all of those processes – your flows – are listed.

How to Access My Flows
To open the My Flows page:
Navigate using the left drawer menu
Click “My Flows” under the Flows section
Header Actions
At the top of the screen (in the Header Bar), you’ll find the following tools:
Breadcrumb:
On the left, confirming you’re in “My Flows”
Search Box:
allows you to Search flows by name
Trigger Filter Dropdown:
Multi-select filter for choosing the trigger types you want to search for:
- Manual
- Schedule
- API
- Autonomous
To the right of the search box:
Add Flow button:
Opens the Flow Builder to create a new flow
Upload Flow button:
Allows you to upload a flow file, but only one that was created in Noca.
Flow List Table
Under the header, in the main section of the screen, you’ll find a flow list table in a filterable layout. This is where your flows are displayed according to your active search and filter settings.
Tabs at the Top:
- All (default): Shows all your flows
- With Tasks: Shows flows that include open configuration tasks
- With Errors: Shows flows with failed jobs or runtime issues
Table Columns:
Noc Name: Name of the flow (called a “Noc” in Noca), with clickable link to open it
Go Live Date: The last published date for the flow
Is Paused: Displays whether the flow is currently paused
Updated By: Who last updated the flow – includes avatar, username, email, and timestamp
Summary: Flow description
Flow Apps: Icons of the applications used in the flow
Trigger Type: How the flow is initiated (Manual, API, etc.)
Kebab Menu (⋮): containing the following Quick actions:
- Edit Flow
- Clone Flow
- Archive Flow
- Export Flow
- Where Used (see which projects this flow is part of)
- Delete Flow
